Grab a glass of your favorite beverage and come on in! I am an Atlanta area portrait and wedding photographer, helping people collect beautiful memories of their most meaningful times of life. My husband and I met at a friend's home in October, had our first date a week later (his car broke down on the way home!) and after four months, I had said "YES!" to the big question. We were married in August of that year, which means we had only known each other for 10 months when we said, "I do!" It has been over 25 years since our wedding day, and we are still so happy together. I'm a very sentimental person, and if you are the same way, you are in the right place!
Take a look around and leave me a note in the contact section when you are ready to chat about a session. If what you need to know isn't addressed, you can email me with questions at email@example.com and I'll get back to you asap!
I can't wait to meet you, and to talk about how we can make something memorable for you!
Thanks so much for coming by! If we were at home, I'd tell you to kick off your shoes and offer you a drink, so do it if you can!
I grew up in a small town in the Midwest with farming roots in my family, and we moved here in July of 2015. Small town life is so nice, but I absolutely love living near a major city. There are so many great options in a metro area. Where I am, nature is not too far away, so we get the best of both worlds. A big landscape with a breeze on my face resets my spirit, and Georgia has so many beautiful places to find them!
Jeff and I have been married for 25 years, (I'll tell you how we met some time), and we have 3 amazing children who have all left the nest, much to this momma's dismay! Our youngest just went to college, but we will still have our golden retriever, Macy, to keep us company! I love to meet new people, learn languages and cultures, and have an itch to travel, but I'm also a homebody and I like to curl up with a book or a movie after a long day, put on good, thick socks and make a mug of something hot!
Photography is about creativity and crafting an image, but I also love being a documentary style shooter, observing and recording as things unfold. Genuine, candid emotion is what I look for in my frame . A timeless, classic look with an emphasis on beautiful light means your images will not be dated, but look just as authentic in 10, 25 or even 50 years when you look back at your album. Light and love are the two most important elements when I'm your photographer.
I want to document not only what is visibly in front of my lens, but the love and beauty behind your story, whatever that may be! Please look around and let's get in touch!
